RETURNS - (for EXCHANGE only)

We Guarantee your satisfaction..... in case that you need to return a dress: (for an exchange)

A. Merchandise must be returned in the "Original Condition", shall have tags attached and no signs of wear!
B. A return Authorization Number # should be requested immediately by e-mail and the garment "shipped back" (post marked) within 1 day of "receiving" it, at the customers expense.
C. Authorization number should be visible on the outside of the package.
D. Please provide a copy of the invoice, your full name, address, e mail(very important!) and a note stating the problem.

Important: please note: Additional shipping charges will occur. We do not issue "Refunds", only exchanges.

You need to call us within 24 o 48 hours to let us know that you need to exchange the dress, after that call you need to ship the dress back to get the exchange. The dress has to be back with us within 1 week from the moment you go it. You cannot keep the dress for many days and then decide to send it back. Thank you for your cooperation

ANY EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. CUSTOMERS ARE EXPECTED TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR EXCHANGES.

ON SALE merchandise is not RETURNABLE! FAILING TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NULLIFY YOUR REQUEST!

SHIPPING Time

Dresses may take between 5 days and up to 6 weeks for delivery. It depends on the Style, Color and Size.... some may be available for immediate shipping, others may take several weeks. If we expect a longer delay than 6 weeks, we will contact you for instructions. Do not forget to state your "wear date".

Overnight Shipping Service is available at extra cost, but if the dress is not in stock, it won't ship the next day! Shipping subject to availability!

BRIDAL PARTIES

When ordering dresses for your bridesmaid.... please place one order for all the maids, since that's the only way to make sure that everyone gets the dress on time, proper color, shade and style.

We will ship to different locations if needed, but is important to place only one order for all the dresses. Better yet, call us at 805.520.3656 to place your bridesmaid dresses order.

TAXES

California residents: shopping cart will add a 7.25% sales taxes.

PRIVACY POLICY

We will not keep your Credit Card information in our files, once the merchandise is delivered the Credit Card information is destroyed. Please order with plenty of time, do not wait till the last minute... is an invitation to a "disaster".
