RETURNS - (for EXCHANGE only)
We Guarantee your satisfaction..... in case that you need to return a dress
(for an exchange).
A. Merchandise must be returned in the "Original Condition", shall have tags attached and please, with no signs of wear.
B. A return Authorization Number # should be requested by e-mail and the garment "shipped back" within 3 day of "receiving" it, at the customers expense.
C. Authorization number should be visible on the outside of the package.
D. Please provide a copy of the invoice, your full name, address, email address (very important) and a note stating the problem. We will inspect the dress and take care of the exchange or refund right away.
Important, please note: Additional shipping charges will occur. We do not issue "Refunds", only exchanges.
You need to call us within 48 hours to let us know that you need to exchange the dress. After that call you need to ship the dress back to get the exchange. The dress has to be back with us within 1 week from the moment you receive it. You cannot keep the dress for many days and then decide to send it back. Thank you for your cooperation
ANY EXCHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE. CUSTOMERS ARE EXPECTED TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES FOR EXCHANGES.
ON Sale merchandise is not returnable.

Order Processing Time
If the dress is in stock, we usually ship it within 24 hours after receiving your order.
It depends on the Style, Color and Size. Some may be available
for immediate shipping. Others may take several days.
If we expect a longer delay, we will contact you for instructions.
Do not forget to specify your "wear date".
SHIPPING Time
Overnight Shipping Service is available at extra cost, but if the dress is not in stock, it won't ship the next day. Shipping date may be dependent upon availability of stock!
Please allow ample time for your dress to be in transit. Be aware that some countries may inspect your package in customs at the border which may take an extra day or so.
BRIDAL PARTIES
When ordering dresses for your bridesmaids it is important to place only one order for all the dresses at the same time. That is the only way to make sure that everyone gets their dress on time, and to ensure the proper color, shade and style all match.
We will ship to different locations if needed.
TAXES
California residents: shopping cart will add a 8.25% Sale Taxes.

We will not keep your Credit Card information in our files, once the merchandise is delivered the Credit Card information is destroyed. However, by providing us with your information you consent to DressesOnLine sending you e-mail in the future on a limited basis, to announce new products and services.

It's easy and fun, from the picture of the "selected garment" click on the "Add to Basket" button and simply use our shopping cart system to prepare your order. Please make sure you take your body measurements before selecting the dress size. If in doubt then order a larger size. Through alterations
you can easily reduce it, but not enlarge it. Please order with plenty of time. For maximum satisfaction
do not wait till the last minute.
